As part of our growing and expanding Health and Social Care provision we are looking for a tenacious Health and Social Care Tutor, to deliver the Senior Health Care Support Worker and Adult Care levels 2 and 3 Standards qualifications.
The role is being offered as a permanent position subject to successful completion of a 6-month probation period. Part-time or Full-time can be considered and hours worked are negotiable.

As a Health and Social Care Tutor, you will be led by the Health and Social Care manager, but will have plenty of freedom and the autonomy to provide excellent delivery through both face-to-face and online learning.
Skills and Experience:
- Have extensive previous tutoring experience
- Have an excellent understanding and experience of Health and Social Care related qualifications and industry experience where appropriate
- Have the ability and occupational competence to deliver Health and Social Care related qualifications
- Preferably have nursing experience or background
- Have the experience of qualification internal quality assurance (desirable)
- Have the experience of quality assurance and awarding body approval, including EQA reviews (desirable)
- Outstanding Communication, Planning/Organisation, Have excellent attention to detail and especially with paperwork compliance
- Be Flexible, Self-Motivated, and Approachable
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent (desirable)
- A minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Qualification
- Minimum of Level 2 Functional Skills or equivalent in Maths, ICT and English
- Robust knowledge of Safeguarding, Prevent and Equality and Diversity
- Experience of Learner Management Systems and Management Information Systems (desirable)
- Understanding of contract implementation, performance review and operational programme responsibility (desirable)
- Must have a valid UK driving licence, have own vehicle and be willing to drive for business
