Patience is a current traineeship here at Heathercroft, during her training Patience has really blossomed into a young confident lady. Patience is working towards her Functional skills in Maths and English as well as her Award in Employability Skills. Patience is currently completing her placement at Woodside Hall, Hailsham.
Kiran is a current Traineeship learner here at Heathercroft. Kiran is working towards his Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Award in Employability Skills and completing his Support Teaching and Learning course. Kiran has had 100% attendance at Heathercroft and his placement at Roselands Infant School.
Rachel Oughton is a Traineeship here at Heathercroft Training Academy, she is currently working towards achieving her Functional Skills and her Developing Employability Skills Award. Rachel is completing her work experience at Scope in Eastbourne.
