Heathercroft Training Academy (HTA) has delivered ESFA training for since 2001. We hold direct contracts for Advanced Learner Loans, Apprenticeships and the fully government funded Multiply programme for 19+ year olds. We have held Matrix accreditation since 2009.
HTA has around 180 Apprentices in training each academic year from Level 2 up to Level 5 in Health and Social Care, Childcare, IT, Business Administration and Management.
We currently employ 30+ staff, and are part of Yarway Group. HTA’s offices are based in Eastbourne, East Sussex and Nottingham with delivery taking place across East Sussex, Kent and southern London boroughs, as well as the East Midlands.

We are looking for someone experienced in delivering Functional Skills in English and Maths, who is willing to take a lead role in the delivery of Functional Skills alongside the related systems, to deliver quality training to our learners in line with IQA and contract standards.
To oversee and the management and implementation of our Cognassist platform.
A great chance to join an independently owned National Apprenticeship training provider.
This role is being offered as a permanent position subject to successful completion of a 6-month probation period and a DBS check.
